Professional

Software engineer working at Coinbase. I enjoy engineering that people can feel, especially if benevolent. Here's a personal example.

Previously I worked at SpaceX on Starlink's fronthaul beam planning. If you've ever wondered how do thousands of satellites orbiting earth every 90 minutes beam fast internet anywhere on earth, that was us. Before that I had internships bouncing between Tesla (energy/fullstack), NASA (computer vision on drones), and AWS (ML application platforms), even taking semesters off to intern if the opportunity was right. My undergrad was in CS with a minor in math, focusing on fun projects along the way.

I like building small, finished things more than big, half-finished ones - I do love a good prototype however. Almost always have a side project en route.

Personal

A human being working to become his best. There's a whole universe to explore and such a short lease on life. Love to hike, lift heavy weights, and meet interesting people. I care a lot about a life well lived. Currently means thinking for myself.

Contact

Fine with cold messages — try a few channels if I'm slow on one.

People I've crossed paths with worth pointing to.
